Monthly Beer Share, Chez Sophie in Shrewsbury; 27th February 2023, five guys who love beer. Cheers Mike for the last beer of the evening, a lovely 75cl bottle of this. Dark brown with a wispy and collar for a head. Aroma of boozy Bourbon and Maple Syrup, taste follows along the same lines in a rich and slick body. A great beer to finish the night off.

75cl bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Feb 23. Thanks Mike for this. Last beer of the evening. Deep dark appearance, with a menacing dark brown head. Powerful aroma, sweet with thick bourbon and maple coming through well. Oily palate, viscous with deep cocoa, coffee, brandy and dark chocolate fudge cake, coated in bourbon and complimented with integrated maple notes. It's a heavy hitter and no mistake. Intense.
