18 December 2023. Christmas Beer Evening Part 2 with the lovely Anke! Can from Mr. Hop.
A: hazy yellow, small, white head.
A: vague guava, lime zest, unripe mandarin, dough, chalk.
T: sweetish peach, subtle guava, chalk.
F: soft floral hops, citrus, chalk.
P: light to medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation.
Not bad, just very flat overall. Rare blunder by Lervig?

Can shared at tasting. White ish yellow, pale bitter lemon ish, small white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, hops, slightly sweetish, softly bitter. Okay but one of so so many.

Can from Beyond Beer Geek Bier Adventskalender and consumed at home Christmas Eve, Sunday 24th December 2023 listening to Nation of Language- Stange Disciple. Cooking Turkey Wellington with Delias Red Cabbage, Sprouts in Blankets, Tom Kerridges Potato, Jamie Olivers Stuffing, Raymond Blanc Celeriac Puree, Loz's gravy, Hasselback Carrots and finally Loz's Parmesan Parsnips. Pours hazy yellow with a white head, soft mouthfeel. There is a big melon vibe going on here, gentle hoppiness throughout, it's a bit safe and an easy drinking beer but it's good.

Hazy golden beer, white head. Light hoppy aroma. Flavour is pretty mellow. Zesty hop, a little sharp fruit, a bit of biscuity malt. Not loads going on, but it's fresh and crisp and very sessionable.

Can, at Håndverkeren. A lightly foggy, very pale golden colored beer with a dense, white head. The aroma has lactose, citrus, some tropical and piney hints and a touch of coriander seeds. It's medium bodied and nicely carbonated, feeling quite refreshing for a milkshake pale ale. Tropical fruityness, citrus, pine cones and a spiced touch in the flavor, on a backdrop of lactose and some bready pale malts. Fruity finish. Too much milkshake going on here, but at least it's kind of refreshing. 231103
