Seeds are often used as symbols of hope and resilience. From the moment the seed enters the ground until harvest, meeting a plant's needs in a steady state is an important factor for survival and vitality. These factors help it reach the 'equilibrium' growth stage where it can follow a healthy and productive “balanced growth” trajectory, constantly growing with the odds in its favor against any difficulty that may pop into its path.
Balanced Growth (IPA) starts off with a flaked wheat and torrefied wheat malt bill, an Idaho 7 whirlpool, and a HBC586 and Motueka dry hop. Flavors of Alphonso mango salad, assorted citrus, and lemon lime spritz

Can, from the Hoptimist, Manhattan. Cloudy dark yellow with a foamy off-white head, mango-melon aroma, low carbonation, medium bitter citrus-mango-melon taste, somewhat thick body, long tropical fruit finish. Flavorful.

After quite the drab week at RBS, we were back bumping today. So busy, this beer isn’t brilliant by any stretch, though certainly refreshing after running around the last five hours or so. Little juicy, with a very flat finish. Collab with The Seed.

I've had this same beer/recipe before under another name. In any case, it's very good and very drinkable.
