Can from Lidl Inverurie. It pours clear yellow - gold with a fluffy white cap. The aroma is bitter - sweet, earthy, apple skin, woody, must, barnyard dirt and leather. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, bitter - sweet, tart, puckering, crunchy apple, white grape, sherbet, lemon - lime, minerality and light acidity with a lively finale. Average carbonation and fine, spritzy carbonation. Bright and chuggable. Nice balance.

Draught at Cider House, Edinburgh. Golden colour, thin white rim and aroma of apple, fruit. Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity, with some citric acidity and bittersweet light tannin. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying tart & light tannic finish. Nicely drinkable
