Rich with notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and other spices and fermented using brett yeast. The apple base is 100% Northern Spy and 6% ABV. It tastes like the holidays in a glass and is one of our most popular ciders ever.
Ginger Bread House cider was developed in collaboration with Chef Ilona Daniels. We had an amazing time working with this fabulous chef and ambassador for all things PEI food. We know that you will like the result.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Clear pale golden colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, ginger, apple strudel. Taste is sweetish, apple, spice, ginger, with some tartness. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying spiced finish. Quite OK

7/10/2023. Can shared at Ulfborg. Pours clear very pale yellow gold with minimally bubbly white head. Aroma of light spiced apple, ginger biscuit, clove, nutmeg and cinnamon. Moderate sweetness, light tartness and body. Quite watery with light fizzy carbonation. Liked the aroma more than taste.

ABV: 6.0%. ✅ Clear light light yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is apple, apple cake, spicy, ginger, cinnamon. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apple, apple pie - apple cake - apple strudel, ginger - spicy. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20231007]
