500ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Orangey gold colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, fruity, leathery funk. Taste is tangy, tart, apple, fruity, orchardy with mucky funk, leather, earthy and drying bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable
