Can from LCB, consumed ten days before BBE. Clear gold with brief fizz. Aroma of lemon, flora and wheat. Taste of sour lemon, some rind, hint of unami from the miso but not overdone. Salty tart finish. Quite refreshing, fairly straightforward.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - golden and clear with no head. Nose - lemon and lime, something green, possibly the miso. Also, salty edge. Taste - lemon and lime, general shandy feel, not so sour though. Palate - tangy and light to medium bodied, salty edge. Overall - enjoyable.

Keighley & Worth Valley Railway Beer Festival 2023. Hazy pale golden in colour. Quite sour with a developing and ultimately heavy lemon aftertaste.

Keg at ORB, Darlington. Gluten Free. Golden colour, white foam head and aroma of miso soup. Taste is tart, sour, biscuity, with salty miso soup notes, some citric rind and light bitterness. Light bodied, soft carbonation, drying sour finish. Quite drinkable.
