Clear golden colour. Aroma of mid sweet strong honey, some herbs. Taste of herbs, mint, strong honey, cardamon, boozy finish.

6/12/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear golden with a minimally bubbly white head. Aroma is sweet, honey, coffee, bourbon, wood, caramel. Quite heavy sweetness which suited it nicely. Really likeable.

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 23/11/23. Lightly hazed orange to golden with some off white bubbles that cling to the edge of the glass. Nose is herb, grains, fruit esters, modest coffee bean, sugars. Taste comprises sugars, honey, light coffee grinds, mellow bourbon rise, kiss of alcohol. Full bodied, light oily feel, drying close with a balanced rising boost. Quite liked this number ... good boost offered, sweet but in check, with both bourbon and coffee coming through at the curtain call.

500ml bottle from HOTM. Golden colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of honey, coffee, caramel. Taste is sweet, honey, coffee, bourbon, with some booze notes. Syrupy, medium bodied, low carbonation, drying boozy finish. Quite drinkable.
