Bottle from the brewer's own stall at the Birmingham NEC Good Food Show. Gold with a slight haze and a too-aggressive fizz. Sour from the off - under-ripe apples, white wine vinegar and (oddly) lime. There's some sweetness in there, as well as a slight dry floral note in the finish, but it didn't seem to come together for me. A disappointment compared to the other two ciders we tried from this producer.

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 21/11/23. Clear golden with a thin white cap that dissipates edgewards. Nose is apple core, straw, vinous, herb. Taste comprises tangy apple, light barnyard, funk dusting, apple pips, straw, tannins. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. Not bad.

30/10/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is funky, green, apple, citric, acidic. Medium sweetness and light tartness. Moderate body, fairly fizzy.

750ml bottle from Wild West. Golden colour, foamy white head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, fruit, straw, funk. Taste is tangy, tart, apple, funky, acetic note, and fruity, with some drying tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart & tangy finish. Nicely drinkable.
