500ml bottle from Real Ale Store, Newark. Coppery amber colour, bubbly white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of apple, fruity, funk. Taste is tangy, sourish, apple, fruity, earthy, funk, with some tartness and drying tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, very dry tart acidic and tannic finish. Quite drinkable.
