A sensational single variety Dabinett from the hot sunny 2022 season. The vintage is full of flavour, bright fruit notes of orange, some delicate clove and pepper spices, and malolactic fermentation has introduced a dreamy, creamy texture to make this into a smooth cider with a depth of flavour. Dabinett has some of the best complex tannins of any apple and this drink exemplifies that.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival 2023. Clear deep golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, fruity, funk. Taste is tart, tangy, fruity apple, orange citrus hint, earthy, funk with drying bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
