500ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Pale golden colour, short-lived thin bubbly white foam head and aroma of apple, fruity, fleshy, sharp. Taste is tart, tangy, apple, fruity, with some funky notes, hint of stone fruit and citric acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying tart acidic finish. Quite drinkable.
