Half-pint from a hand-pull in the Railway Tavern, Newport, Shropshire on a very hot 12th July 2025. Clear body, no head. Apples it tastes of apples and alcohol.

Growler from LCB. Clear light gold, no head. Aroma has a drying apple peel, some sulphur, light freshy apple and blossom background. Taste is fairly sweet, tangy with a slight sugar-syrup note although apple flavour doesn't taste artificial. A semi-drying, slick mouthfeel, with subtle carbonation is very nice. Could do with a bit more flavour notes but its decent.

500ml plastic bottle from Low Cost Beer. Golden colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of straw, apple, sulphur. Taste is apple, sweetish, tangy, with some malic acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying finish. Quite OK.

Growler fill from the Low Cost Beer online shop. Pours still yellow gols with no head. Aromas are apple and little else. Taste is more of the same. A bit meh for me.
