75cl bottle from Daphne's, Preteigne. Clear deep gold appearance. Good vibrant fresh apple orchard nose. Pleasant medium dry, nicely fruity, mild caramelised pulp with a good juiciness, very soft tannin finish. Decent.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Orange gold colour, bubbly off-white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of apple, ripe, fruity, caramel. Taste is sweetish, fruity, apple, tangy, orchardy, some funk and bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-dry finish. Nicely drinkable.
