28/9/2023. Tap pour shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale golden with a few small bubbles forming. Aroma is sweet apple, caramel, vanilla, hint of leather. Medium plus sweetness and slight tartness. Moderate body, slightly watery, average carbonation. Not bad.

Tap at Brew York Beer Hall, York. Clear golden colour, thin white foam rim and aroma of apple, fruity, hint of funk. Taste is sweetish, apple, fleshy, fruity, with alittle funk and light citric acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying finish. Quite drinkable

Keg @ Brew York Beer Hall, York. Pours clear gold. Aroma of medium sweet clean commercial cider. Taste is as expected, clean, easy-drinking, light bodied with a safe medium sweetness. Lacks much in the way of a characterful flavour profile. Fine I suppose.

Keg at the brew York beer Hall. A bright golden yellow coloured pour with a a halo of white head. Aroma is. Medium dry apple, pithy apple skin, wax, mealy. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, juicy woody apple, bark, pithy. Mealy. Palate is semi sweet, white sugar, highish fine carbonation. Lingering juicy apple. God job.
