BIAB at York Beer & Cider Festival 2023. Clear golden colour, thin bubbly rim and aroma of pear, apple, fruity. Taste is sweetish, fruity, pear, apple with some funk & tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium finish. Quite drinkable

Cask @ Post Office Vaults, Birmingham. No head. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are apples, pear, fruits and grass. Dry and not very good.

Cask @ Post Office Vaults, Birmingham. Almost clear yellow without head. Aroma is sweet, apples, tart and light milky. Flavor is medium sweet and light sour. Dry and light sour finish. Not in good condition. 250717

Polycask at Banbury Beer Festival, Thursday 8th May 2014 Hazy light straw colour, juicy with a lovely squishy pear tang, sweetish but very moreish. Nose is a little dusty, but I like this a lot. A6 A4 T8 P4 Ov16 3.6
