Bottle direct from Cairn Na Mohr. It pours clear very pale gold with a small fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, fragrant, lovely elderflower character, tangy crunchy apple, apple skin and fizzy lemon sherbet. The taste is crispy, dry, snappy, sweet - sour, floral, vibrant elderflower character, touch tart, crunchy apple, apple skin, sherbet and clean with a bitter - sweet finish. Light body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Best NOLO cider I've ever had.

500ml bottle from Cairn O'Mohr. Clear pale golden colour, short-lived bubbly white foam head and aroma of apple, floral, elderflower. Taste is sweet, fruity, apple, elderflower, kiwi fruit, with hint of caramel and some citric tartness. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, lingering sweet and acidic finish. Quite OK, quite sweet
