28/9/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear golden amber with a few small bubbles. Aroma is woody, funky, apple core. Dry and woody, mild bitterness. Moderate body, low carbonation. Quite enjoyable.

750ml bottle from Ross on Wye. Orangey golden colour, bubbly white foam head that quickly dissipates and aroma of apple, orchardy, leather, funky. Taste is tart, tangy, apple, fruity, spicy, with farmhouse funk, leathery, some citric zest and drying woody tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry funky tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
