Tap at Arch 7 kernel tap. A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is semi sweet, funky apple, jammy apple, hint of lacto, vanilla, bark. Flavour is composed of super sharp, tart apple, granny Smith, fizzy sweets, pinch of citric acid, prickly, hint of wet dog,. Palate is super sharp, prickly, high carbonation. Bit abrasive.

Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Golden colour, white foam head and aroma of apple, funk, straw, citric, hop. Taste is apple, sour, fruity, citric, straw, funky, with some hop bitterness. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry sourish finish. Nicely drinkable.

Keg at Mother Arch ii, 30/06/23. Almost clear golden with an off white cap that veers edgewards. Nose is tangy apples, straw, hedgerow, light funk. Taste comprises bitter sweet apples, tannins, sharp apple skins, light orchard wood, apple core. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Solid.
