Dark brown colour, near black. Strange aroma, dark malts, caramel, glue, butter; I guess most of that come from the barrel, but still… Low carbonation, the base flavour is caramel and chocolate fudge, it has a bit of acidity, with a buttery finish; the alcohol is not noticeable.
Weird.

Burnt dark fruit and maybe a buttery note. Jet brown with a small beige head. Light soured and malty, toffee and long notes.

650mL bottle, pours black with a tiny light brown head. Aroma is unusual, with soy sauce, manure, a little bourbon, and molasses. Flavour is full of soy sauce, molasses, muffled bourbon notes, and brown sugar. Earthy, muffled and soy sauce-like. This is uncoordinated and lacking cohesion.
