Our traditional, hand crafted cider is made with apples from the local orchard, just 500 yards from our brewery, based in the heart of Suffolk countryside. Using champagne yeast, a quick fermentation gives this light, flavourful, still cider that is easy drinking and not too tart on the tongue.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Clear pale golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, citric, with alittle funk and sulphur. Taste is sweet, apple, green apple, fruity, fleshy, gooseberry, slightly tart, with some mellow acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry smooth acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
