Bottle from Suffolk Food Hall, nr Ipswich. Aroma is dry, peel, musty. Sweet edge. Clear light gold. No head. Flava has initial dry bitterness with a sour edge. Then develops underlying restrained sweetness. Light. Thin. Average carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Clear pale golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, citric, with alittle funk and sulphur. Taste is sweet, apple, green apple, fruity, fleshy, gooseberry, slightly tart, with some mellow acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry smooth acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Moderate sweetness, light bitterness and tartness. Moderate body, minimal carbonation. Drying tart finish. Very nice.
