Taste: An initial jammy sweetness saturates the senses, as though biting into a juicy berry picked during peak season. Gentle acidity rounds out the taste, adding brightness to the beer, which further accentuates the jammy fruit character and brings forth the biscuity malt body.
Appearance: Dark red with a light pink head.
Nose: Lush and fruit-forward with notes of a oven-fresh pie, sun-soaked berries and a bouquet of lilac blossoms.

Can@pbf xiv. Reddish amber colour, small pinkish head. Aroma is raspberries, strawberries and some tart wooden tones. Flavour is raspberries, some wood and mild tartness.

--Canned at PBF XIV-- Hazy pale purple, fizzy pink head. Aroma of mixed forest berry jam. Tart with light body and clean mouthfeel. Citric with lots of blueberry jam. Metallic finish.

33cl can. PBF XIV. Poured reddish hazy in color. Lots of blackberry and raspberry notes. Quite sour and dry overall, quite drinkable sour ale.

33cl can from Aberrvinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours red, scarcely transparent, with limited pink foam. Aroma is of raspberries and blueberries. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium sour, with nice sapidity. Very limited background sweetness. Final is very dry. This could actually be a perfect aperitif drink!

Von Põhjala 🇪🇪 hatte ich schon länger nichts, aber es wundert mich nicht, dass man dort auch auf den Frucht-Sauerbier-Zug aufspringt. Dies ist wie der Name 📛 schon sagt sehr beerig 🧸 und hat wirklich tolle Noten nach Heidelbeer 🫐 und Ribisel. Die angekündigten Himbeeren 🌸 dienen eher zur Abrundung des sauren Gebräus. Nicht leichtes, aber durchaus mit fruchtigen Charakter und empfehlenswert.

On tap at Goblet Zagreb with Marko. Red-purple coloured, minimal off-white head, some berries in the nose. Berries, berry skin, noticable blueberry and mild spicy touch in the finish.

Tap at Goblet, with Ogi. Murky red-brown body, off-white head. Creamy berry aroma, saliva and some cranberry jam. Creamy blueberry taste, light clean lactic feeling, fresh, simplistic, vague herbal touches. Nice overall.
