Bottle. Color: Black thin brown head. Aroma: Spicy cinnamon, nutmeg, earthy, roasted malt, sweetish, boozy hints. Taste: Complex and well balanced mix of roasted malt, sweetish Bourbon and vanilla, caramel, light fruity hints of caramelized apple, booze, spicy nutmeg, cinnamon and chili pepper. Some nuts and almond, mostly at the finish. Full body, below average carbonation. Medium to over medium sweet, nicely paired with moderate to over moderate bitterness. Very nice!

Small cream-tan rim over almost black brown beer. Bourbon nose, dark chocolate, whisky, barrels; delicate, yet powerful. Chili, capsicum, chocolated, whisky/Bourbon. Always quite refined, almost delicate, despite the flavour explosion and body. Creamy MF, and with good carbonation, and this chili-like feel (not really 'hot'), resulting in a very good balance. This is really a top one. Wondering about the "Weller" - might be something to search for.
