Head gone instantly; pale copperish-golden beer, still-looking. Lactic acid, lemon, vinous, sourish grapes as well as some aromatic spice. Strange sour beer with suggestions of sweetness; caramel, cinnamon, but in the first place: lactic acid and lemony flavours. Faint hint at Brettanomyces; fruitflavour as well, obviously the sloeberries. In the end, a taste as from cinnamon-flavoured lemontea. Puckeringly sour, dry-out effect, acidburn and -thinning. The beer looks utterly still, but in the mouth there's a carbonation feel, maybe upped by the acidity. Strange bedfellows, weird beer.

Tap at TCBW. Pours amber. Aroma and flavor are sour, floral, passion. Overall: drinkable.

RB backlog. Light sourish coffee notes, spices, esters. Lightly sweet, dries up well, good sourness. Slick light body with natural carbonation. Not really sure it needed all the extra ingredients, but if that's what constitutes Patxaran…

Sour, berries, acidic.

Clear gold beer, small creamy white head, unstable, falls down quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: weird, bit metallic, floral, overripe to rotting fruits, spicy, cinnamon, cardamom. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sugary, spicy, aniseed, liquorish, lemon juice, little bitter, some tannins. Aftertaste: spices, rotting fruits, overripe banana, bit minty, fruity, banana peel, cardamom.

Bottle shared by Caesar. Clear orange golden color, average sized off-white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, sour candy, wine most, grape peel, a light tart hint. Alright. 6-3-7-3-13.
