Clear, headless copper liquid. Sweet, sugary vinous nose with fortified or icewine, and caramel. Lots of sugary sweetness, alleviated with a sourish grapey extra. Sour orange, sweetened. Very syrupy, viscous, if not really a thick MF. For the sweethearts.

Tall can @ Christmas tasting in blackhaddock's beer cave. Misty pale pinkish red appearance, thin white head. Floral rosehip nose, continuing to taste, crisp with gentle vinous shades, cherries, red berries. Delicate feel. Not bad.

Christmas Gathering, 18th December 2023. 5 guys at my gaff drinking beer and talking bollocks. 473ml can and new region for me! Light haze to the red body, off-white collar. Sour red wine with rose hips, strange all round.

440ml can, PBF XIII. Poured light red in color. sourness, cherries and some red fruits. Tart finish. OK.

--Canned at PBF XIII. -- Clear pinkish red, small head. Aroma of tart funky strawberry. Tart with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Strawberry jam on citric acid. Peppery finish with low bitterness.

Canned@PBF XIII. Pinkish pale yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, some plum and mild herbal tones, also mild alcohol tones. Flavour is floral, fruity, some dry wooden and herbal tones with some mild elderflower to it.
