Turbid-mashed on 300 l of original Million Minutes wild culture, primary-fermented for 205 days in plastic cubes, secondary-fermented for 273 days in wine barrels, and matured on 500 kg of raspberry for 215 finishing days.

Deep red colour, small pinky head. Tart, raspberry aroma. Light-bodied. Raspberry, tartness in the flavour as well. Simple but clean and elegant with loads of raspberry.
