This is a new juicy IPA from To Øl, with support from some trials at BRUS. This beer uses a fairly neutral yeast so the main focus of the beer is the hops - a juicy combination of ekuanot and citra, with idaho gem as a supporting partner. Hop gravy!

440ml can from Benny’s place, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is mango tropical citrus. The flavour is moderate sweet and bitter, with a smooth, somewhat rich, fresh, orange citrus, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

0.44l can. Hazy orange bod with a lasting white head. Aroma and taste of lychee, passion fruit, oats, peach and grapeseed. Medium bodied with a lasting fruity finish. Pretty nice NEIPA.

Can from Netto supermarket, Copenhagen. Hazy orange, medium white frothy head, medium lasting. Very ripe fruity nose, sweet peaches, some tropical notes. Medium sweet start, fruity. Medium mild bitterness. A bit grassy, spicy in the finish. Medium aftertaste. Medium body, a bit more filling.

Can drunk while explaining modern operating system upgrades to my Dad. Orange juicy hazy with nice fine bubbled head. Nose is light, bouncy tropical flavors like papaya, jackfruit, and lychee. Smooth flavor, very juicy, lower bitterness with rounded citrus aftertaste. Great lighter Neipa.

One pint can of this hop sauce served in a Teku glass. A very hazy golden to orange pour with a sticky, much lacing ash-white head. Aroma is honey, grass, grapefruit, dank, clay. Taste is bone dry, slick, medium to full-bodied and rather bitter. Not very long-lingering, though.

170ml draught at Cafe Sånn. Upper part lacing on the glass from a tiny pearl white head, hazy orange-golden body. Moderate smell of grass and leafy hops. Soft taste of citrus, grass, and backed by apricot. Drying close, with a distant bitter bite. Decent. (Tromsø, 30.08.2024).
