Not only did we throw a mountain of raspberries into this brew, we backed them up with a generous amount of berry forward Mosaic and Barbe Rouge hops! The result is a refreshingly tart, fruit forward sour ale.

Draught @ MBCC 2019. Pours hazy pink with an offwhite head. Aroma of malt, light sourness, tart fruit, red berries, raspberry. Flavor is sour, malt, tart fruit, raspberry. Thin to medium body, average carbonation, dry and light acidic finish. 100519

On tap at Darby's Gastown, pours a cloudy dark pink with a small pink head. Aroma is loaded with intense tart raspberries upfront, with notes of lacto, and light sweetness. Flavour is along the same lines, with potent raspberries, just a touch of tartness, light sweetness, and lacto. Nice use of the berries - very potent without being abrasive. Good stuff.
