Killdozer is a collaborative beer project we worked on with our friend Espen Westum, a talented homebrewer. This beer was crafted based on one of Espen's original homebrew recipes, which shares the same name as this particular brew. The malt base is characterized by its soft and light color, consisting of Pilsner malt, oats, and wheat. This combination provides a solid foundation for an extensive dry-hopping process featuring Citra hops and Citra Cryo hops, resulting in a bold and flavorful beer.

Draught @ Væskebalancen Bar. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of light malt, sweet fruity hops, tropical fruit, pineapple, citrus. Flavor is sweet, light malt, rich fruity hops, juicy tropical fruit, peach, pineapple, citrus. Medium body, average carbonation, sweet finish. 141123

8-4-8-4-16 Can, #627, three weeks after canning. Pours cloudy pale yellow, with an enormous creamy head. Aroma is grassy hops with tropical notes of pineapples, stone fruits and citrusy notes of tangerines, lime and grapefruit, as well as oaty minerals. Creamy body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is grassy hops with tropical notes of pineapples, mango and citrusy notes of orange peel, grapefruit and lime, as well as spicy notes and oaty minerals. Lingering grassy hops in the finish.

0,44 boks fra Statens Velværeinstitutt i Hillevåg, hjemme: velkjent Salikatt IIPA-utseende, dvs grumset skittengul med fint skum med gardiner som henger ved til bunns. Deilig balanse mellom lys maltsmak og citrusfrukter både i aroma og smak. Furunål, grapefrukt og eukalyptus i avslutningen som varer og varer, og det samme gjør mersmaken.
