Can from BCBF (De Caigny).
A: cloudy yellow, stable, frothy, white head.
A: ripe nectarine & peach, tangerine, sherbet, papaya.
T: sweet nectarine & tangerine, pineapple, sherbet, dough.
F: floral, bit peppery hops; juicy stone fruit, warming triple sec-like alcohol.
P: medium body, fluffy texture, soft carbonation.
Intense DIPA but still well within NEIPA territory, very nice!

Tap at Peders, Copenhagen 05/01/2024 Punchy mango and papaya, tangerine, some peachy accents, sweet malty backbone, nibbling hop spice into the light bitter hoppy finish. Very nice.

YG 261223. Orange - yellow color with a white head. Aroma is oranges, pineapple, tropical fruit. Flavor is oranges, pineapple, tropical fruit, alcohol, pine, grapefruit. Nice beer.

Can. A cloudy orange-yellow colored beer with a dense, finger-thick white head. Sort of candyish aroma, with pineapple, resin and a citrusy touch. Some pale malts and alcohol. It's medium to full-bodied, softly carbonated and mostly on the dry side. The aroma sort of promised some hopburn, but that's not part of the flavor. There's some pale malts and sweetness in the back, with pineapple, grapefruit hints and pine cones up front. Generic tropical fruityness. Medium length finish. Quite nice when cold, but not my favorite Salikatt DIPA. 231226

Can, 8%. Hazy yellow with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hop, citrus, tropical fruit and pineapple. Flavour is malt, fruit, hop, citrus, sweet, tropical fruit, pineapple, little grapefruit and a little bitter.

440 ml can, from Vinmonopolet Sola. ABV is 8.0%. Opaque yellow colour, large to moderate white head. Lovely aroma of citrus and tropical fruits, hints of sprucetips. Medium sweet flavour with the same elements.
