This is the second version of our collaboration with Oxbow Brewing from Main, USA. We let this part of the wort ripen, fed it with brets and aged it with apricots for 10 months.

Fat på All In Beer Fest. Spökdisig ljusguldig med vit krona. Funk, aprikos, aprikoskärnor, stall, lite pruttig ton, kattpiss, en snäll snäll svavelton. Kanske något vass och spretig, men annars många bra kvaliteer.

On tap at Arrogant Sour Festival 2019. Cloudy golden, white head. Fruit, apricots, medium sourness, brett. Somewhat one sided. Medium bodied.
