It all started with our friend Laurent from Domaine De Krayenberg, a vineyard located in Beersel. We took 300kg of Muscadis grape pomace and blended to a mixed fermentation Saison that aged 12 months in Pinot Noir barrels. An elegant and complex beer with a light acidity and a balance of rich flavors and earthy tannins.

21/XI/23 - 75cl bottle @ HoReCa Expo 2023 (Gent), BB: n/a, cuvee 2023 (2023-1087) Thanks to Erwin, Peter a.o. for sharing today’s beer!
Clear blond beer, practically no head. Aroma: very fruity, peaches, peach flavoured candy, nice! Weird that this is a grape ale, all I get is peaches. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very fruity, peaches, very acidic, lemony, gentle bitterness, a little bit sweet. Aftertaste: very fruity, peach flavoured candy, a little bitter in the finish.
