bottle at home ..massive cinamon chocolate roast malts nose. dark rich chocolate roast malts
Appearance - 4 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 6
Aromas are cinnamon, maple, dark malt, and roast. Think it was a bad bottle cap seal as almost flat. Still not bad. Flavors are similar to nose but of course lack luster.

Tap at Salon Piva 04/2024. Malty aroma and taste, light roastyness, chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon, maple syrup, nutty notes, medium bitter, light sweet. Full body, malty choco maple vanilla bitter sweet finish. Good.

Panda at home, thanks to the Wingmane, 03/03/24. Black with a thin khaki cap that veers edgewards. Nose is dark malts, cinnamon, vanilla, maple syrup, waffles, bourbon. Taste comprises chocolate pot, bourbon barrel, good balance spike of cinnamon and maple syrup, molasses, mellow roast, toffee fudge. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced kiss of alcohol. Solid BA impy stoot.

Bottle at home. Pours black, nose is huge cinnamon, chocolate, vanilla, caramel, taste is similar, sweet, chewy, only hints of maple syrup.

Bottle. Pours black with small tan head that lasts. The aroma is strong cinnamon, maple, cocoa, roast, bourbon, wood. Slick body, cinnamon, cocoa, roasted malt, boozy, very nice.

Bottle. A- Maple, cinnamon, vanilla. A- Black color, black liquid, no head. T- Chocolate fudge, cinnamon, maple, vanilla, faint roast, french toast. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, complex finish. O- Another exceptional pastry stout without being cloying. Tastes just like french toast. Add coffee to this and you have a serious breakfast brew. Yum!
