Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours golden, fairly transparent, with limited effort foam. Aroma is fantastic, funky and herbal. Body is average, with close to no carbonation. Taste is markedly sour. Final is average in length, with a nice astringency.

Pours unclear amberblonde. Scent is strong, herbal, intenser funk than usual for OB. Taste is sharp, dry, funk, mild oak. Medium intense herbal factor. Nice lambic !

Draught Small white head, rather stable over veiled orange-ochre beer. Bretts, some grapes, lactic acid, leafy herbs, chamomille, horseblanket. Again grapey, with lots of grains, horseblanket, lactic acid and a quite lemony finish. Refreshing, acidthinning, fruity aftertaste, not very carbonated. Excellent lambic. But my question is if the persimmon leaf ads anything of importance?
