Pours unclear, warm amberblonde. Small white head. Scent is full, passion fruit, mild on the others. GTaste is full, sharp, lactic, tart, mild PF, less pronounced than the others. very drinkable.

Can at home. Pours hazy orangeish red with a quickly dissipating head. Nose is mainly strawberry and mango, with just a touch of passion fruit, interestingly enough it’s more sweet fruity, than sour. Taste follows basically, starts off sweetish (but at least not-sour-at-all), showing mango and strawberry. Then the finish is tart, perhaps citrusy a bit from the passion fruit and bit dry too. Light to medium body, soft carbo. This is very much like all the sours I’ve had from BYM so far: it’s not bad at all, on the contrary: it’s pleasant and tasty, but it’s so middle road in every sense, I’m tempted to sa mediocre? Well certainly not quality-wise cause it’s pretty well made it’s just not something that’s memorable in any way.

Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2023, Friday. Hazy orange golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma and Taste of tart grapes, guava, passionfruit, oranges, zest. Easy to drink.
