Dark Horizon 8 Whisky Edition is a full-bodied Imperial Coffee Stout aged in Higland Whisky barrels. Each release in the Dark Horizon series is unique and different compared to previous releases. It takes approximately two years from brewing until a limited number of numbered bottles are launched.

Keg at cafe Sara. Pours black, nose is chocolate, meaty, berries, vanilla, hint of smoke, taste is similar, quite a boozy whisky hit in the finish. Nice.

Sort med brunt skum som forsvinner fort. Aroma røsted malt whisky eik vanilje. Smak vanilje melkesjokolade whisky røsted malt fatpreg lakris. Fyldig, kraftig og smakfull, soft.delt med Synny på Brewyard

Rated at Suomenojan jätevedenpuhdistamo. Roasty, dry and heavy with loads of coffee, whisky, oak, wood, caramel and vanilla notes, hints of brown sugar and earthiness. Intense and heavy.
