2/VI/24 - 33cl bottle from Geers (Oostakker), shared @ Wout & Arno’s birthday party, BB: 17/I/26 08:54:09 (2024-354) Thanks to my wife for the bottle!
Clear pale yellow beer, creamy dense white head, falls down quickly, adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: CO2 up front, yeasty touch, malty, grains, quite some sulphur, a bit dirty, meh. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity start, very malty, grains, hay, a little bitter, hoppy. Aftertaste: a bit grassy, dry, hoppy, malty, ok.

33 cl bottle at Grand Casino, Namur. A cloudy pale golden pour with an egg-white, thick yet short-lived head. Aroma reminds me of a session Citra IPA: grapefruit, pomelo, lemon, arugula. Dry, fresh, weak body. Bitterish, medium-lasting finish. Again, this looks more like a session IPA than a Belgian golden.
