--Bottled, from Systembolaget. -- Hazy reddish brown, small head. Aroma of tart red wine and mild funk. Tart with medium body and crisp mouthfeel, spritzy carbonation. Balsanic winegar and oaky red wine. Funky berries. Mildly bitter finish.

Bottle at ca' del brado. Pours a deep red with some foamy head. Interesting to have this after the la malpolon event! Aroma is earthy, balsamic vinegar, earthy and some red fruits/berries. Medium body. Flavour is sweet and sour, very earthy with some pronounced berry notes. Very interesting. The red fruit note is especially lovely.

Tap at Il Birraiuolo, Napoli, Italy. Pours a beautiful reddish brown, scarcely transparent, with almost no foam. Aroma is malty, very delicately acetic, a little cherry. Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is markedly sour, with some sweetness too. Final is very wide, rich, but not particularly long.
