750 ml clear bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.5%. Clear deep golden to orange colour, sparkling, moderate white head. Aroma of eating apples and mild Christmas spices. Medium sweet flavour, notes of dessert apples, cinnamon, vanilla, ginger, bay leaves and cloves.

KYGG 170422. Golden color with some white bubbles. Aroma is apples, spices. Flavor is citrus, apples, cloves, cinnamon, ginger. OK cider.

Bottle 750ml @ gunnfryd
Pours slightly hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma has notes of red apples, cinnamon, tartness and hint of ginger. Taste is medium sweet and medium sour with a long sweet red apple, cinnamon and ginger finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle, 75cl. It's a lightly hazy one, deep reddish golden in color, with a few white bubbles on top. The aroma has cinnamon, cloves and vanilla on top of a pleasant apple and apple pie base. Some bayleaf and ginger lurks so far in the back I'm not sure I'd notice if I didn't read the label. It's medium to full-bodied, lightly acidic, yet with a good residual sweetness making me think dessert or cake as food pairings. Soft carbonation. The flavor has a basis of apple pie, well ripened red apples and some sour apple, with hints of grass and a good dash of cinnamon and cloves. Some vanilla hints and a faint bayleaf hint in the far back. Lasting finish with fresh apples and apple pie. Nice this one, although I'm not tempted to finish a bottle on my own. Well worth sharing though. 220417

Small bubbly mediumlasting head, clear golden color. Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish fruity, apple pie, sour apples, cinnamon, grass, dried apples, hay, sorrel, hints of cloves. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sour apples, cinnamon, sorrel, plums, apple pie, grass, fruit stones, apple cores, sour berries, hints of cloves. Fresh fruity mouthfeel. Very nice and easy drinking.
