Sampled at Borefts 2019, Friday. A very dark brown beer. Aroma of dark strong sweet caramelized malt, coffee. Taste of sweet strong dark caramelized malt, vanilla, bourbon, wood. Nice!

Tap @ BBF 2019. Almost black. Maple syrup and toffee in the aroma. Vanilla, bourbon, raisin and toffee in the flavor. Has thinned a bit. Roasty finish.

Tap. Black color with beige head. Aroma is vanilla, wood, chocolate, something minty, anisy. Taste is chocolate, wood, caramel. Oily mouthfeel with medium and fine-bubbled carbonation. Good, it has nice character!

Borefts XI Day 2 . Keg. Opaque dark brown beer, small tan head. Smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Slightly thin feeling dark malts, but rich and flavoursome. Fruity bourbon infused malts. Fruit liqueur. Mild spice. Light finish. Very fruity bba impy. A broad range of fruits. Tasty treat.

Clear dark brown beer, aery irregular beige head, unstable, bit adhesive. aroma: lovely, sweet, is that bourbon? (Apparently it was.) Vanilla, nice roast, chocolate, some caramel, lovely smell! MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: bit sweet in the start, lots of caramel, dark chocolate, bit sugary, vanilla notes. Aftertaste: alcohol, bit sourish, hoppy, lovely, nice roast, more caramel, spicy, hint of aniseed maybe.

. All it promised to be, a BBA imperial milk stout with cocoa, raspberry and vanilla. Sweet, soft, smooth and rich. Bit of bourbon, bit of raspberry, some vanilla, lovely balance. Just enough of the fruit to break the sweetness.
