Gładkie, czekoladowe, wyraźnie słodkie piwo leżakowane w beczkach po bourbonie z dodatkiem malin i ziaren kakaowca. Doskonała propozycja na wieczorną degustację. Idealne piwo deserowe. Pierwsza warka „Ciasteczka” powstała w kooperacji z norweskim browarem Lervig.

Draft @ BxlBeerFest 2019 - day 2. Noir profond, huileux et doré au verre, col crémeux moka. Arôme au bouquet malté/chocolaté, généreux boisé-chêne Bourbon Jack Daniels en rétro avec une touche fruitée rouge - framboise en rétro-nasal. Le côté lactose est plus discret. Palais est épais, chargé en malts, chocolaté, caramel, biscuité léger, le tout est finement huileux en fin d e bouche. Alcool réchauffe le tout, lactose présent sans être surfait, pointe de vanille en retrait avec une barrique de JD.

Drukket på Lillehøgda. Svart. Så vidt litt mokkafarget skum langs glasset. Bourbonaroma. Oljeaktig munnfølelse. Smaken innholdsrik & fyldig. Kaffe. Lakris. Behagelig snev av bourbon.

BXL ‘19. Black with a ring beige tan. Aroma of vanilla, oak, bourbon, raspberry, milk chocolate and chocolate brownies. Flavour is heavy sweet. Full bodied with soft carbonation. Not subtle but lovely!

Sampled at BXL festival. Almost black with small tan head. Boozy bourbon, blackberries, licorice, roasted malts, vanilla, toffee. Over medium sweet, medium bitter. Full bodied with slick feel and light boozy finish. Nice, but strong barrel and booze.

Keg at Artezan tap room, Warsaw, 12/07/19. Pitch black with a well presented tan cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is coffee grinds, mellow roast, bourbon rip, chocolate. Taste comprises rich roast, coffee bean, dark chocolate, brown sugar melt, bourbon rip, mellow roast. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced kiss of alcohol. A really solid bourbon ba impy.
