Take an IPA with a DH level of 15g/l and a 100+ IBU, add 400kg of mango puree, 50kg of lactose and vanilla flavouring. Leave it all in a well sealed tank for a few days at 2°C and keg/bottle it as soon as the beer takes on a bright, clean appearance. The result is a beer with a vast range of flavours including tropical fruit, mango marshmallow, vanilla ice cream and cotton candy.

Draught@Koht, Tallinn. Hazy yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is herbal, some water melon, vanilla, peach and mild wood. Flavour is vanilla, some fruity, peachy and herbal notes. A bit strange, but works out quite nicely in the end.

On tap at Bøker & Børst. It pours a hazy orange-golden colored body under a creamy off-white head leaving lacing. The aroma is lightly vegetal, with generic fruityness, mango and some vanilla. It's full to medium bodied, smooth and nicely carbonated, with a mostly fruity flavor. Mango, some vanilla, lactose and a light bitterness. A vegetal touch too, even in the finish. Except for that, it's a very fine one indeed. 191004

Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy orangish golden, huge white head. Aroma: Fruity mango, subtle vanilla and a decent amount of hopbitterness. Medium to above medium bitter, above moderate to medium sweet. Bitter palate and bitter-sweet fruity finish. A little lactic. A bit sticky. In one way or another, I had low expectations from this beer but it's better than expected. not artificial but quite natural. Ok. I especially like the great amount of bitterness. Edit: Getting sweeter, less bitter and more artificial fruity when standing longer. Rating adjusted downwards.
