Bottled 05/2023. yellow cloudy color, small white head. smells funky peppery, earthy, oak, stone fruits, bit leathery, suble tannins. nice to very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes peppery, horse radish, stone fruits, grassy, earthy, tobacco, leathery. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of funky, earthy and stone fruits. nice one, not overly expressive, probably a bit young still, but very good none the less.

Bottle. Color: Hazy orange, orangish off-white head. Aroma: Grape, apple, some tartness. Taste: Very smooth and quite dense, mix of apple, appleskin, grape and grapeskin. Very well balanced. Quite a lot of tannins. A bit brut. Subtle funky. Moderate tart and moderate sweet. Low carbonation, over medium body. Definitely one of the best flavored Ciders I've had so far. Great.
