Fa Balà L'Oeucc essentially summarises the last few years of work on "Made in Lambrate" hoppy beers, our interpretation of the modern IPA concept. We have developed a blonde coloured beer with oatmeal and rye and the tropical fruit notes provided by double dry hopping. Four varieties of hops were used when brewing this beer for a total of around 30g/l. The beer is only available in cans!

From tap at Hop in Milano with two other people from the hostel 27.07.21. Translucent golden. Small white head and lacing. Aroma and taste of lychee, bitter grapefruit, resin and pilsner malt. Grapefruit bitterness and pine shoots are lingering on.

Can at a tasting with RB boys. Thin body, high carbonation. Malt in the background, wholly hops centered. Intense old school American hops character, citrusy, resiny, piney, slightly tropical. High bitterness. Refreshing, easy to drink. Quite good.

Tasted @ BBT 07/2021. Hazy pale golden color with medium white head. Aroma: grapefruit, mango, pine. Taste: grapefruit, strange phenolic yeasty presence, bit strawy. Medium body, moderate carbonation, moderate bitterness. OK but nothing special going on here.
