Fa Balà L'Oeucc essentially summarises the last few years of work on "Made in Lambrate" hoppy beers, our interpretation of the modern IPA concept. We have developed a blonde coloured beer with oatmeal and rye and the tropical fruit notes provided by double dry hopping. Four varieties of hops were used when brewing this beer for a total of around 30g/l. The beer is only available in cans!

(Draft at Birra, Berlin, 16 July 2025) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, pienapple and toast. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, pineapple, pine needles, tropical fruit, crisp-bread and a balanced citric/piney bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Rich and hoppy IPA. Very nice.

Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is fruity hop with tropical fruits, citrus, orange, some pine, mango, touch of grapefruit. Picking up a little oat. Flavour is light sweet and mild bitter. Medium body. Solid IPA.

Draught@TCBW2022. Hazy orangeish golden colour with a white head. Aroma is floral, oaty, fruity, herbal and some mild toffee tones. Flavour is floral, fruity, some grassy and mild oaty and bready tones to it.

Can. Has an unclear pale orange colour with an off-white head. Aroma of pine, grapefruit, grass, wet hay and pineapple. Flavour of grains, grass, grapefruit, pineapple and grassy hops. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and a light bitterness. Pretty malty. A little unbalanced flavour.
