Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, wheat, herbs, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, saison yeast, light fruit - peach - apricot. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, wheat - dough, saison yeast, grass, herbs, light fruit - peach - apricot. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, pale malt, wheat, sweet malt, grass, yeast, herbal, saison yeast, light funky. 75cl bottle from Rob the Gourmets’ Market in Brussels. F: huge, white, good retention. C: shiny gold, hazy. A: malty, spicy, hoppy, bit citrus, floral, bit yeasty, bit honey. T: full malty base, citrus, spicy, orange, dry on the palate, bit honey, fruity, bit yeasty, medium to high carbonation, more BSA than Saison yet very nice, fully enjoyed.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Ambrata scarica, mediamente torbida, schiuma bianco-sporca media. Al naso note di lieviti, scorza d'arancia, agrumi, leggero bubblegum. In bocca è dolce all'attacco con finale amaro medio-leggero a bilanciare. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Molto buona, ma meglio la versione base.

Bottle at the pre-Borefts tasting 2019, Zaandam. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a big lasting frothy white head. The aroma is yeasty, mineral, grassy hop. The flavour is light bitter, with a light, grainy, slightly watery, light citrus hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average to lively carbonation.

Bottle. Hazy pale golden color with large white head. Aroma is nice dough, fruits, peach and apricots. Taste is dough, bananas, fruity. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Nice one!

Sampled at pre-Borefts tasting. Hazy light golden with white head. Grassy hops, light fruits, sweet malts, sugary, light funk and spicy yeast, grassy. Solid medium sweet and bitter. Over medium bodied. Could use more time.
