Appearance is hazy golden, a half-finger bubbly white head. Aroma- grapefruit, funky fruit, berries, raspberry, plenty of floral notes, fresh hops. Taste- lots of sour fruit, sticky malt, tangy citrus fruit, apple and orange, elderflower, tart fruit. Floral finish, a bit sticky at the end.

At a tasting, smallish quickly dissapearing head, murky very pale yellow color, aroma of flowers, hint of honey, touch of spiciness, Brett flavor, honey, rosehip, mellow sourness. Nice.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Murky yellow. Funk, oak, lacto, vinegar, flowers, fruitiness. Nice.

Draft at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam. Fairly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of funk, citrus, lemon and light herbal notes. Flavour is above moderate sour. Medium bodied with light carbonation.

Draught,1/3 pint. Tasted on the 18/04/2019 at Brewdog Leeds, Leeds (England). Hazy yellow colour with a good retention medium white head. Aroma is tart, floral and green apples. Taste is tart green apples, leading to a funky and crisp finish. Medium sour leather aftertaste. Next one please!

Thin airy off white stayed on an opaque lemon coloured still body. Minimal floral aroma. Medium to thin bodied, light & soft over the tongue with a sharp clean finish. Sour tastes (obviously!) of flora, salt, yeast, apple lemon with a long tangy finish.

Bottle (thanks theanna). Pours hazy yellow-golden. Aroma and flavor are sour, fruits, oaky, peaches, some saltiness, acidic. Overall: okish, again feels really simple.

Bottle at home, thanks to James, 09/03/19. Hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is prickly pear, funk, grains, sharp citric peel, tarte apple. Taste comprises tarte citric notes, green berry must, funk, straw, light floral notes, grains, hibiscus. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a tarte climax. Decent enough sour.
