Black. Beige head. Aroma of sour coffee. Similar taste, combined with roasted malt. Bitterness and dark chocolate in aftertaste.

Draught @ Trondhjem Mikrobryggeri, Trondheim
Pours dark brown/black with a tan head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, oat and toffee. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long roasted, chocolate and oat finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

On tap at the Brewpub, June 2014. Clear dark reddish/brown with a small head. Sweet with light roasted malt, chocolate and toffee. An ok one.

On tap at the brewpub. It pours an almost black body, topped by a creamy finger thick light tan head leaving curtains. Roasted malts, bonfire, licorice, coffee and some dark chocolate. It’s full bodied and soft on the palate, semi-sweet. Roasted malts, sweetness, bonfire notes and licorice in the flavor. Lasting roasted and burnt finish. Quite decent this one, but not my kind of Stout. 140621
