330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet Madla. ABV is 5.9%. Clear and deep reddish brown colour, moderate off-white head, nice lacing. Moderate aroma of brown malts, brown bread and some caramel. The flavour has fairly distinct caramel, but is not too sweet. Also notes of brown bread and nuts. Low bitterness. Not bad, but not exceptional.

Brown with an off white head - Malt aroma with some caramel notes - Malt body with caramle flaovurs and some nice hop bitterness to balance - The caramel malt and hop bitterness goes into the finish - This was nice

Bottle. A chestnut colored beer with a dense finger-thick beige head. The aroma is lightly roasted, nutty and bready, with a touch of caramel. It's medium bodied and semi-dry on the palate, very softly carbonated. The flavor is bready and lightly roasted, with some caramel and nuts. Medium length finish. A rather dull one, even for a brown ale. 220723
