Nice pink fizzy-creamy longlasting head, deep dark reddish purple color. Aroma is slightly dry concentrated fruity, black currant leafs, dried black currants, berry skin, black currants winegum. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, concentrated black currants juice, berry skin, mild vinegar, black currants leafs, sorrel, sour winegum. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.

Det var i hvert fall nok syre, som norsk syre, ikke dansk syre.
